We will soon launch a short survey on a small group of .be registrants, namely: those who were invited to verify their identity after registering a .be but did not do so.
We would like to know why they didn't:
- Did they register a domain name without concrete plans to use it immediately?
- Was our request for confirmation of identity details unclear or did the registrants not trust it?
- Did they get stuck at some point in the verification procedure?
- Was there some other reason?
We conduct this survey once so we can optimise our verification procedure.
